Delivery Information
Expected time for local delivery takes 3-5 working days to deliver.

For International delivery at present, we are not shipping overseas.

We endeavor to dispatch the order as soon as possible and are always trying to reduce the delivery times.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders payment will be collected from shipping address by the courier company.

Order Tracking
On dispatch of your order you will be sent a shipping confirmation email with your carrier information and tracking number, be sure to check Junk/Spam folder as well.

How can i cancel my order?
You may cancel your order by emailing us at info sales@brandsvalley.pk or Whatsapp/Call us at +92 33 999 111 66 before the order has been processed.

Once the orders are shipped they cannot be cancelled.

Brands Valley has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
